Just made a call to see if these folks buy used tires and the response I got on the phone shocked me. Instead of a polite no the guy on the other end said, quote " not here, you'll have to go see some mexicans about that." I've never been so offended by such a quick encounter. Do they just put who ever has the least class and customer service abilities on the phone? Just. Dumb.

We went to Big O Tires because we needed new tires for our Mazda and found a coupon that we could use to save us some money. They gave us great customer service, they even found a better coupon than the one that we had to save us even more money! They installed our tires very quickly and gave us free popcorn! Overall a very pleasant shopping experience, I highly recommend.
