Happy Hounds Dog Grooming

Owner is very sweet, very social and the place is full, so she's doing something right. Only draw back is you have to leave your dog for a while, but gives a nice break to run errands and what not. Also they don't take credit cards, cash only so keep that in mind when you go. I'd recommend her in moment and I'll definitely be going back!! more

Gail is the best dog groomer for high maintenance dogs. If you own one of these types of dog you know how hard it is to get a good cut. You will be so happy to have found such a great place! My Bichon has never looked better since I started bringing him to Gail several years ago. more

I really did not want to do this but 2 times in a row deserves a review!!!!!!! I have a very beautiful and kind friend my dog like most of us in the dog would, I have been looking for a kind and expert place to trim my dog, after reading the reviews I thought “this is got to be the place”. First time not a bad job for the breed but oops cut my friend. I called and the owner was very apologetic and concerned, I thought mistakes happen to all of us specially the first time. After several months I go back, by the way the story must be told right I was late by half hour not good I understand, well this was just the beginning my dog was there for 12 hours I don’t thing he even got water and at the end guess what just discovered another cut his neck was over cut causing a huge scab “poor guy”……. This will defanetly be my last time all this and still paid 70 bucks and gave a 10 dollars all is well. One thing is for sure never again , I know I would not be very happy if my barber made me wait 12 hours gave me a terrible cut for my breed and cut me again…. Thank you but no thanks, more

I have taken my Maltese to several groomers (e.g. Dog Spa of Seattle) and Gail is the best! The only set-back is that you need to book your appointment weeks in advance as she is consistently busy:( A testimony that good, quality service is hard to come by! She is the best in the West! more

Anyone who has a canine family member will be delighted with Gail Ghiotti's [owner] and John's [Gail's assistant] loving kindness and services to your pal. I have been taking my Soft-Coated Wheaton to Gail for the past 3 years and both of us are very glad we found Happy Hounds. From the second you drive up you'll hear the joyful chorus of the Happy Hound temporary tenants! Because Gail and John are so wonderful, you will need to call 4-6 weeks ahead to schedule an appointment! You'll be glad you waited! more

For 4 years I took my Min Pin, Buddy to Happy Hounds for doggie day care and grooming. Unfortunately, I work from home now, so Buddy doesn't see his pals, Romea, Cocoa and Ruffles along with many others; however, I do take him to be groomed, and Gayle the owner still does the best job in the Pacific Northwest! more

We took our dog here to get his long and matted hair groomed. The staff were very gentle with him and had all the equipment needed to keep him happy while getting his hair done. They washed, cleaned, de-matted and trimmed his hair and he came out looking like a star! I was very pleased with their service. Make sure you call to make an appointment in advance. more
