Great Food with a twist 8/6/2007

My husband and I love Kassab's. It is unique food and we go their at least 1-2 times a month. I am currently pregnant and crave it on a weekly basis. The Hummus is excellent. So is the Moussaka and definitely the grilled lamb wrap. The food is pretty healthy and tasteful. One or two of the wraps are a little bland, but everyone does not like spicy or tasty food. Also, the prices are affordable. My hubby and I can eat a decent meal with appetizers for about $20-$25, not much more than $30. Go and have a meal with a twist. more

Kassab's 7/18/2006

I was here for the first time the other day for a private party. It is a great little place right on the South Side here in Pittsburgh. It is easy to find and everyone was very friendly. They serve Lebanese cuisine. I have never eaten at a Lebanese place before but It was WONDERFUL. IF you are looking for something different and are a little adventurous give this place a try. It will soon become a favorite. I would love to tell you the names of the wonderful dishes I tried but quiet honestly I have no idea what all I tried. I can't wait to go back again and try something new! This place is easily found by bus or car. It is an easy a quick walk across the 10th street bridge from Duquesne University. Parking may be tricky but is possible. more
