Good: I loved the showroom. It was well kept and a great selection of material. The staff was friendly and helpful. They guided me through the whole design process.. Bad: A bit hard to find in Pittsburgh's Shadyside neighborhood, however they have awesome directions on their website I found out after my visit.. Other: Overall I went in and was helped from start to finish. I couldn't be more satisfied with my new kitchen and will be going back to work on my bathroom. Take the trip into Tile & Designs. Its well worth it!.

High Priced!!!! The showroom is nice, I would grant you that. The designer who designed our backsplash messed up the measurements. We called and told him of the problem. He claimed no responsibility. I spoke to Lee Knox the owner and she was very rude, and did not care to remedy the situation. I would not go here again if they gave me the tile.

The selection includes amazing imported and artisanal tiles made with extreme care and aesthetic detail.
The prices can be pretty high. If you're doing a large project on a budget, this probably isn't your tile vendor. But if you need a few detail tiles or are working on a small project, you might find the right tile here.
