I want to view gowns at David's Bridal and had a awful experience. First let me start by stating that David's is known nationwide for its poor customer service. That being said I decided to give them a try anyway even though my fried had a similar experience while shopping for her bridal gown. I asked for help...was ignored. Told that if I wanted any help I would have to register...but I registered online weeks before I went into the store. In addition, not only did I not receive any help in the store but my fiance was harassed by the store employees asking him what he wanted and why he was in there. They followed him around the store even though he was just looking for me. This occurred after he went into their partner tuxedo store to look at tuxes for our upcoming wedding and received the same treatment I received in David's. I decided that day that I would not go back to David's bridal to get me wedding dress. A few weeks later I decided to go to the David's Bridal in Robinson Towne Center and had a completely different experience. The Robinson group were friendly, accommodating and gave me some hope that there are still some professionals working at David's bridal. I decided to order my dress from the Robinson group at David's bridal.
