The Scene
From branded names on the ceiling to longhorn light fixtures, the Texas touch is strong in Dallas' Star Canyon clone. The western decor makes use of natural resources and work by artisans from the Lone Star state, right down to the worn cowboy boots. The dining room opens to the specialty show kitchen with wood-burning oven and rotisserie grill. They have the capacity to seat 300, with large numbers and country music contributing to a noisy atomosphere.

The Menu
As an appetizer, the trademark red chile onion rings are a must. Menu items such as 'Bone-in ribeye with pinto bean-wild mushroom ragout' epitomize this Texas style in a new key, with stand-out flavors that will bring you back. Sweet potatoes, lobster, salmon, and beef are allied with the finest herbs, original sauces, and perfectly grilled vegetables. The service, however, is not always commensurate with the menu.
