I love this boot camp and wish I had done it sooner. The workouts are great and I feel great. Being 52 and not having worked out in years, I was afraid I would not be able to keep up. Yet 8 weeks later, I had lost over 25 inches and I felt stronger and healthier. I have continued to stick with it and now 6 months later I have lost a total of 39 inches and 17 pounds! This is the best experience I have ever had working out. Tammy is great, her personality is perfect for this job! She is very knowledgeable and motivating without being pushy. She understands your needs and works with you to achieve your personal goals. I can't remember my life before boot camp. She has made the impossible - possible.

while small, these yoga teachers are highly trained and give great personalized attention to every student during the yoga sessions. The sessions are long -- they never feel rushed which often happens in an hour class -- and they end with a great meditation led by the teachers. Go and go often, feel free to asks lots of questions. If you like Pilates, there are some certified Pilates teachers here and even a Pilates-Yoga hybrid. bring a water bottle because the more advanced sessioons are QUITE a workout.

Since I don't have a Sports membership, I enjoy working out at this 24 Hour Fitness where Active memberships are valid. I first started working out at this gym many years ago and I am very impressed with all the work that they've done over the years. They've expanded the gym, purchased new equipment, moved the "Group X" room to a different location of the room to make room for the treadmills, installed televisions, and more.
While this 24 Hour Fitness has its many benefits, it also has many downfalls. For instance, the gym is almost always crowded because of its location -- but I suppose that statement can be made about any gym. While this gym purchased new equipment, most of their equipment is still very old (i.e. everything in the free weights room). In addition, the room with the free weights is often the most crowded room of the entire gym. However, the other parts of the gym remains relatively uncrowded and the number of treadmills (and other cardio machines) helps to offset the over-crowdedness of this gym and it makes working out, even at the busiest time, quite enjoyable.

This is my favorite class from 24. I've tried the Boot Camp class which is also pretty good but I like the lift class with Suzanne. She's a great instructor and keeps the class moving pretty quickly. I like the location of this 24 hour fitness but parking around 5pm is horrible. There are lots of cardio machines and the gym itself is not too crowded.
