Luckey’s Jewelers is a great place to get jewelry repairs. Their service is fast and prompt, and they can usually do it right there for you while you wait instead of having to drop your item off and pick it up later. We even went in one time for a watch band adjustment and it took them only a couple of minutes to do, so he didn’t charge us at all, but just said to come back again next time.

I really really dislike salespeople that seem offish as if they think you don't have money to buy anything so they just kind of look down on you. I especially hate this when I have money and see something I want to buy for my mother that she would love. The reason I hate it is because I usually remind them what their job is and to drop the attitude, and then I ask to speak the manager so I can tell him/her that they just lost a $400 sale because their employees have attitude problems. This is what my experience was like at Zale's in Southland Mall. Being around places like this, I wonder how some of these people even hold down jobs. I know if I were to be that rude or uninterested in my job description, I would be fired!
