DO not buy flowers from Jones the Florist! First they delivered the wrong flowers to my coworker who just had surgery. The flower's were addressed to someone else. Upon letting the delivery person they delivered the wrong flowers he contacted Sharon from Jones the Florist who advised him to return the flowers. He redelivered the correct order without the card or food packet to keep the flowers fresh. I contacted Sharon what an idiot who's response was she was sorry there's nothing they could do! She referred me back to .... with whom I placed the order. It wasn't Their mistake! They contract with Jones the Florist an expect them to provide a professional service! Their mission statement 100% satisfaction guaranteed!is definitely a false statment. If you want professionalism an efficient Service stay away from Jones the Florist. more

Beautiful flower arrangements, baloons, delivery... they are also conveniently located all throughout the city, so you can call any location and get what you need. Good selections of flowers and custom arrangement made on the spot. I have ordered arrangements from them a few times and although they were quite expensive, I got what I wanted. Good service. more
