Charleston ENT has showed time and time again that it does not matter what time your appointment was, you are going to wait. Several times I have shown up to my sons appointment on time and have had to wait at least and hour to an hour and a half. No kidding. Once back there, I get treated very rudely as if I am imposing and then spend a very short time with the doctor before I am shuffled away to make room for the next patient. Very unprofessional. The front desk is very polite however, and always has to deal with the upset of people who have been waiting forever. The pros to this office is a nice location, new building/offices, large waiting room.
