Wait time was a bit long a couple times but once or twice it was no time at all. Dr Brentlinger was so nice. I recommend him for any arm/hand issue you have.

So many good surgeons to choose from and this is not one of them! Look at the reviews... 4 out of 10 had a bad experience ! more

Dr. Burnett needs to work on his bedside manners 10/4/2014

I had been in pain for awhile and decided to go to the doctor, thinking he could help. Dr. Burnett came in and spent 5 minutes with me and walked out. The nurse came in and I said I had a question about something he had said so he came back in the room for a minute. My bill for that day was over 300 dollars (plus x-Ray). I won't be going back to him. more

Rude service - Dr Burnett 7/18/2014

My husband had an appt wirh Dr Burnett. We called to inform them he was running late due to another dr appt. We were informed that it would be fine. Once we arrived the front desk person asked for the name. We gave my husbands' name & tge lady proceeded to inform us in a very rude manner that "we were late" then said she would check to find out if my husband could be seen & stormed off. Of course she informed us that we would need to inform us. She tried to explain we had called but it didn't matter. Rude person will makes us take our business elsewhere!!! more

Dr. Wieser 2/19/2014

Mike S. summed it up nicely. Dr. Wieser rushed me into surgery with no options. I was in my mid 30s and in great pain so was in no position to argue. I ended up having 2 surgeries in 2 years with permanent nerve damage. He showed zero compassion and was quite arrogant. I will bypass the details but he was so condescending. Please don't use him; you will not feel good about it. more

Agree with Mike S's review of Dr. Weiser 2/26/2013

Reading Mike's review brought up bad memories. Had surgery for stenosis ended up with cauda equina, which changed the quality of my life. Dr Weiser's cocky attitude with no compassion to at least let me know what happened caused further misery. Finally went to Neurosurgeon in Dallas to be told what Dr Weiser should have owned up to, I had permanent nerve damage. I understand doctors make mistakes in surgery, but not to tell you after many follow up visits why you're not getting better is wrong. His ego was too big to admit he made a mistake. Bedside manners before surgery were good, after just pathetic. more

Great experience 12/5/2012

I have been with American Airlines for 28 years as a flight attendant and went to see Dr Weiser on a Weds and was diagnosed with a a bulging disc . I had surgery the following weds and have immediate relief . His PA Trey is amazing and his nurse Kerry completes the team . I had surgery at an excellent facility called Pine Creek Medical Center in Dallas. He moves quickly but I am so thankful to him and his team . J Pittman more

Dr. Wieser-uncompassionate!!! 8/10/2012

My mother went to see Dr. Wieser for severe shoulder pain. He ordered an MRI which my mother did have done. Once she tried to call to get her results or some sort of answer the office never returned her call. She was in severe pain and just wanted to know something. She called three or four times in a week and never once was given even a courtesy call. She then had to go in for her results and because of the pain and not able to drive or even fuction properly she was 5 minutes late and she overheard the doctor saying "she finally decided to show up" in an ugly matter. My mother never complains and rarely goes to the doctor. She is not a drug seeker. All she wanted were answers and to be treated with respect which Dr. Weiser never once gave her!!!! more

Dr E. Weiser 4/24/2012

I went so AO and saw Dr weiser. I got the distinct impression he thought I was there to get pain meds. He sent me home with muscle relaxers and scheduled a MRI 3 days later. Went in for MRI on a Sunday. No staff except for 1 tech. It was very strange. Was called in 3 days later to read MRI with Weiser. Sure enoughr, I have a ruptured disc causing sever pain. I said to him, I've been telling you this for six days! He then said we will schedule your surgery today. I said wait a minute, do I have options? He said we can do steroid injections in your back. I said ok, I'm going to go discuss the options with my wife and make a decision. The nurse ask if I wanted antthing for the pain and j said YES. When I got my script filled it was the same medicine I give my dog for arthritis except half the strength. If your looking for compassionate, helpful, understanding care, don't go here. more

Great service to the point. 9/29/2011

I am a veteran with bulging discs in my lower back. After suffering for 7 months and almost no help from the VA I sought Dr Wieser help. He was to the point kind and didnt pull any punches. He reffered me to Dr Daniels for an epidoral steriod shot in my back. I was given treatment by Dr Daniels within 10 days. In and out no more waiting than i would expect to see any Dr. I am pain free. I have my life back. Dr Wieser also referred me to physical rehap. that was a world of knowledge and helpful as well. no one is perfect and i work with public as well. i truly wish we could make everyone happy, but we cant. I highly recommend either dr for any kind of Orthopedic treatment. Their staff all around was great. Thanks to all involve in my treatment. Tony Aguirre Jr. more

Poor Front Office Management 6/2/2011

Don't expect to be seen at your appointment time at this practice. My average wait time in the waiting area alone has been 45 minutes. When called back to the room, it's usually another 15 - 20 minutes. Dr Berman is an amazing surgeon. It's just sad his front office can not follow his lead. I think there are too many doctors sharing the same staff and space.... more

Weiser very poor 4/8/2011

After reading the other reviews I had to comment as well. I had the same experience and felt horrible after leaving his office. He basically told me to take 2 asprin. Why is this young man in this field?He has no empathy,and acts like a prima donna. Just what a patient needs. They come with pain and then get insultingly treated like a psych case. Good job Weiser. more

Disappointing 1/4/2011

Good: There was nothing I liked.. Bad: Mike is exactly right. Dr. Wieser is condescending and dismissive. My spine problems have ruined my life, but he acted like they were nothing. After the MRI, I had an appointment to "go over the results." I expected him to review the films with me, level by level. His idea of "going over the results" was to say, "Well, you have a little arthritis and a little slippage." Then he said the baby aspirin I take for my heart should take care of the pain!. Improvements: What can you do to improve pompous, condescending doctors? And the office staff, particularly the woman at the main desk, is SO rude.. Other: I also saw Dr. Kay for steroid injections. Initially he was better, seemed to listen, etc. But then when I needed forms filled out for disability, he complained about filling them out, then just copied old, inaccurate info from another doctor on the form, did not return phone calls asking for medication refills, etc.. more

Dr. Pond is amazing 8/25/2010

I have not had a bad experience at this practice. Dr. Pond performed a bilateral knee replacement on my mom and did an amazing job! He was caring and professional. My mom is doing amazing and is walking and virtually without pain. Today is the 6 week anniversary of her surgery!! more

Dr weiser 7/31/2010

Good: Not one thing. Bad: Dr. Eric Weiser is a young,dismissive,inappropriately egotistical man that lied to me about all aspects of what to expect from surgery.4years ago I went in with a bulging L4-L5 disc; he performed a discectomy twice which failed, then fused my spine.I now have permanent nerve damage and failed back syndrome. He not only took NO responsibility for my new disability, he implied I was making up this new pain,(it's all in my head) I can't work, Although I can walk, the pain is worse than ever.. Improvements: Think hard before deciding to have back surgery,it was a life changer in a bad way,and I'm only in my early 40's Id like to see Dr. Weiser gone.. more

cattle drive 6/29/2009

If you are looking for one-on-one care from a doctor. That has the staff support and management to process your paperwork, and return your calls. This is definitely not the place. I waited two weeks for an appointment, pushed through like a cattle drive, and finally met Dr, Eric Weiser. Who now has not contacted me even withy 4 calls back to his office nurse. I would not recommend this facility. more

Good Orthopedist 8/9/2005

My husband used this practice and Dr. Berman in particular for his knee injury and subsequent surgery last year. Dr. Berman was a thorough physician with a decent manner. The office is very nice, but the wait was long and the appointment was very short. The surgery went well, although not exactly as discussed, and his knee has recovered thoroughly, so we can recommend this practice. more
