Bottom Line: Inconvenient & Inefficient, but low cost After 10 min in store, finally got assistance. We look young & obviously couldn't be a good sale... After salesman finally started helping us, he had good advice. Wasn't too pushy. Took samples home, no problem. But that was just the beginning. Decided to order Giant Don's... they didn't have it in stock, so 6 wks later when we hadn't ever heard from them, we called. Still no word on the tile. 8 wks, we call. "Oh!" They say, "Your tile just arrived today!" Yeah right... Then the fiasco with installation begins, as they want us to be home, but wouldn't give us a set time for the start of the installation day. We both work, so this was absurd to us. Final problem: They say the installation men don't do the carpet to tile border, so they'd send someone out from their store... after 2 hours of waiting we call again & they say "oh yeah, we forgot our handyman doesn't do that either! How about we send someone tom.?!" Pros: inexpensive Cons: inefficent, slow service, with lots of excuses
