Zano Salon & Spa

I have lived in the Naperville area for 9 years and it took me a while to find this Salon. I tried many of the downtown Naperville salons and a couple salons on the Northside too, but I could not find a colorist who was conisistently good. The other salons may have been fancier, and not in a strip mall, but my colorist and stylist at Zano on Ogden are awesome! They have worked for the company for a long time and Zano does all kinds of ongoing training and as a result, my hair always looks great....not trendy...not toooo blonde...not tooo chunky...just great color and awesome cuts! If you want trendy they can do that too--I have seen a great variety of clients either before or after my appointment, but my point is that their stylists and colorists are experienced enough to do a range of work--not just what you see at the moment. It is a creative salon, not a highlighting factory. I think they may be more expensive because of their experienced staff--but if you get your hair colored a lot, every 6 weeks or so, I would recommend this salon, they know what they are doing and your hair will be healthy and fabulous! I also agree that their Mani/Pedi staff are all consistently good, and I would feel comfortable going to any one of them. Give Zano on Ogden a try. Good luck! I have yet to find a place who does pedicures as good as theirs. It's kind of expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. I've also gone to their salon and have been nothing but satisfied with their services. I absolutely love this place! Pros: Ambience, atmosphere, service, attentiveness, clean Cons: Small space more

It was my first time at this salon at Downtown Naperville location. I am not at all pleased with the service. I went in for a up do, the stylist dint do a good job at all..and the reception Ashlee is very bitchy and not cooperative. more
