They are too expensive!!! And worst of all extremely RUDE!! That ""woman"" needs to take some customer service classes. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!! I don't even want to give them one star but am forced to. more

Left a antique clock for a quote on repairs. They never called with the estimate. Had to finally call them!!! There was a death in their family so I totally understood that a month had gone by with no response. A woman, who never identified herself called my home and left the quote on my answering machine. TOTALLY OUTRAGOUS AMOUNT. When I went to pick up my clock 3 days later, she was curt, non-communicative and never offered any explanation of the needed repairs. Rude. You do not need to be working with the public. Time to close your doors. more

Went in for a new dial for a precious wall clock that I received as a Mother's Day gift only a year previous. The clock worked fine but a fall broke the glass dial. This clock shop not only kept my clock for weeks without calling me to tell me they ""finished"" the work, but when I finally got in touch with them I picked up the shoddiest workmanship I could have imagined as they replaced the broken glass dial with a cheap piece of paper as my clock dial. (and it's not even put on well!) Then they were terribly rude when I showed disappointment in their work. They never mentioned at all they would use a cheap paper dial and the lady behind the counter could not have been any more rude to me when I explained what a shock it was to find the cheap paper replacement dial. I wouldn't send an enemy to this shop! Cons: Rude, incompetant, extrememly cheap work on my clock more

They delayed the repair and didn't communicate with me about it. They also lost one of the keys and the instructions that were inside the clock. They bent one of the moving hands and stripped 4 of the screws and didn't mention any of this to me. Pros: can't think of any Cons: delay, broken and lost parts more
