They say that they have the best value. I had a very detailed eye exam at Costco. As for the ""Value"", I did better at Costco obviously. As for their designer sunglasses, I found cheaper prices at the actual Chanel and Oakley stores. The say they have better value and patients are a priority. They just want your money & you can get a better ""quality"" visit and products for less elsewhere.
