Incompetent Staff 4/5/2012

I have been asking for months to have several things fixed in my apartment. I either get no response or I get an apology for taking so long. I moved into my townhome in December and it is now April. I had a list of things on the move-in check list and nothing, absolutely nothing, has been repaired. The staff is totally incompetent. more

I wouldn't even give ONE 4/11/2007

This is a really nice apartment community with really badly trained staff and management company. It starts out nicely but at the end, they try to trap you for paying X-amount of dollar extra. It would probably be better if you give them a notice of vacating the day you are moving in. more
