Williamsburg of Cincinnati

Why does Karam not pay its vendors?\r \r We worked hard on behalf of Karam Companies and were not paid for service rendered. Including services at Williamsburg, Renata, Ferncrest, Parkvalley etc....\r \r We thought we we dealing with a reputable company.\r \r It is terrible how Karam deals with its vendors and small businesses. more

I really can't say much more everyone else pretty much covered it. I really just hope this is being viewed by the two managers of karam properties that I site the link too. So they can see that there's some things that they need to fix, and they may have to take some loses because of what they didn't address sooner. If your owner's top priority is his renter's and the satisfaction of his customers this is something that may need to be shown to the tenants. Its very evident that those values are not expressed by employees and that's its all about the money for them. Well, its not for me and I don't take the situation I went with Karam properties lightly. They only have ever said what they can't do never what they could do and the security of my family or anyone else's for that matter, was never a factor to them. No matter how high you go up in managemen it doesn't get any better. Its sad, really sad, and the bad thing is you don't know how bad it is until your stuck in a lease. I don't know how this property was ran prior to this summer when I moved it, however I can probably guess its only getting worse. more

I would discourage anyone from making the mistake of moving into Williamsburg, I recently found out that a neighbor's townhome was broken into. I think it is so sad that Williamsburg didn't take the time to notify it's residents. They are absoultely horrible about responding to complaints and/or retuning calls. I regret the day Karam properties took over about a year ago. It states all over the community that it is gated however, the gates are never closed and there is never security manning the gates. When the gates were put up they were being utilized and there was security. I work thrid shift and come home at 2. I can't tell you the last time the gates were locked so I called to inquire and was told they would be functional the following Thursday, well SUPRISE, SUPRISE, three weeks later still nothing. They lie to get people off the phone. I had a water leak and maintenace took three weeks to fix it. I can't wait for my lease to be up!!!! Cons: Security, Office Staff knowledge and response time, maintenace request respone time, rent increases for service decrease, SECURITY more

I guess I will only be able to tell you of some of my concerns re. the williamsburg the other ones are not allowed according to the user guides.. The apartments are nice and roomy. I don't seem to have things done in my apartment area in a timely maner anymore. I still have something living in the crawlspace of my apartment although I've told them about it and have been told that it was completed. I recently saw very lazy snow removal and hall cleaning. I am not comfortable here because of so many light fixtures not working. Once you get here and want to change your apartment, even for medical reasons, you will not be given good choices. I am not enjoying my stay here, all of the trees that made it look as if you lived in a wooded area are all cut down. I would say move in at your own risk. Cons: service more
