Best Car Experience Ever! 10/18/2010

Tom Murray was a great help when I decided to lease my new car. He was very friendly and not pushy at all! He went through all my options and got me the best pricing options he could. He was great at explaining the process and was a fun guy to talk to! When my lease is up, I will be sure to go visit Tom again! Also, Vicki Sylvester was great in financing! She was great to work with and made sure I was protected! more

Wonderful car buying experience! 10/13/2010

Our Salesman, David Hensley, made the car buying experience a great one! We were pleased by his professionalism and knowledge of the cars. We never felt pressured, which was our fear going into this process. Both my husband and I are confident that we now have a car that we love and that will last us a long time. Lovin My New Toyota Tundra 4x4 and the Sales Experience 10/11/2010

I bought a new Toyota Tundra Extended Cab 4x4 from Wilde in West Allis 2 weeks ago to the day. I was a previous owner of a GMC Sierra Extended Cab and had nothing but problems with short cut engineering and manufacturing quality. My wife owns a 2002 Toyota Sienna and it has treated us very well in terms of ride, reliability, and quality, so I was determined I was going to buy Toyota for my new truck. The Tundra rides 10x better than my GMC Sierra had and loving all the features. BTW...the Salesman, Jamie Shay, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I found him knowledgeable, honest, and providing every desired aspect of customer service. I am very happy with this purchase. more

My wife and I bought our Camry from Wilde. We worked with Rob Podeszwa who provided 5-star service throughout the sale. I have recommended Rob to many of my friends!! I just purchased a Toyota Tundra from Andy Winkler at Wilde Toyota and have to admit it was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Wilde Toyota was the first dealership I stopped at and never intended on buying a truck without shopping around. Andy was able to get me a deal I couldn't pass up. more

VERY HAPPY 6/13/2010

Just bought my second vehicle from Wilde Toyota and again, came away extremely happy with the entire process - from the moment i walked on the lot until i drove off int he new car. i did not feel any pressure to buy, was not hounded by salespeople, etc. They gave me my space, but at the same time, were there to answer every question i had and were very patient with us while we made our decisions. I highly recommend this dealership. Excellent in all aspects. more

Our pursuit of a car 5/25/2010

Good: Eddie took an interest even in inclement weather He was very knowledgeable of the product...Toyota Highlander. Was interested & concerned about what we wanted in a vehicle. Had vehicles available to test drive. e. Bad: Would have liked to have been able to get a better price, but they did give us their best offer. Too bad we had to take packages instead of customizing the vehicle to what we wanted. The hitch is pricey!! We would have liked a power hatch, and no exterior antenna. Also more 2WD available.. Improvements: More price reduction incentives for those not taking loans. 1.9% is good if you are taking a loan. What's for the people paying cash? Less pressure to purchase various programs like mechanical insurance programs, tire protection etc. Omar did a good job explaining...we didn't need to have a second person do it again.. Other: Eddie was very personable. We enjoyed his company and was glad to give a Veteran our business! Hope our ex[erience with the service dept. is as good.. more

Great Experience 5/11/2010

I can no longer put buying a car in the same catagory as getting my wisdom teeth pulled by the dentist. We had a great experience at Wilde Toyato and Rob did a great job making us feel like we were not just his pay check for the day! I will buy a car from Rob again. And we live in West Bend.
