Great Service, Excellent Work! 10/20/2017

I recently used the services from Western Heating & Air Conditioning to have some work done at my home and though the work went well and the repairs were done, it ended up causing a few additional problems that required us to call Western Heating & Air back out to deal with them. Other than the problems that ended up surfacing after the work was finished I thought the repairs from them went well, the problems that were caused were minor when compared to the original issue. Overall I thought the work from them went alright though they could be more careful when doing the repairs. more

Great Service, Very Satisfactory! 10/16/2017

I recently went to Western Heating & Air Conditioning to have the air conditioner at my home repaired when it was acting up and am very satisfied with how well the work from them went. The people who came out were very friendly and professional while they were here doing the work and were able to get everything done quickly and without any problems. Since the work was completed everything has been working perfectly. I will definitely continue to use their services when needed and I highly recommend them. more

I would certainly recommend Western Heating & Air Conditioning. I liked that even though I was not here when they came to do the work, they took care of everything. They changed the filters and put in a thermostat and everything. They haven't come back in a while and I have to see about that, but I am satisfied and I would give them 5 out of 5 starss. Everything is good. more

Prompt and Friendly! 9/28/2017

We've been using Western Heating & Air Conditioning for several years, now. Overall, they're a prompt, friendly company. Semi-anually, though, they come to do a checkup on their units, and always seem to manage to do more damage than good. Upon being called back to fix what was left broken, they're always amiable and on-time, and proceed to be impressively thorough on their repairs. It's been a bit mixed, as an experience, but I would recommend them to others and I am, ultimately, pleased with their service and friendly manner. more

Ty was great! 9/9/2017

Ty came and fixed the problem even thought it was work again when he arrived. he had me check the defectives parts with him so I knew what he was telling me was the truth. I will call Western next time for sure. more

I Was Impressed, It Was a Good Process 8/30/2017

Western Heating and Air Conditioning showed up on time to work on my furnace and AC system. He gave me a visual that showed me exactly what it was he did and he kind of gave me some tips on maintenance. He was very patient and thorough. I would definitely use them again in the future. The prices seemed fair, so I was happy with that. The guy was respectful of our house and wasn't anti-social or awkward at all. I was impressed, it was a good process. more

On Time, Fast, and Very Nice 8/2/2017

Western Heating and Air Conditioning has done several things for us. They've done our HVAC maintenance and they've also installed a brand new AC system for us. They've always been on time and worked fast. The technicians are very nice. The prices are fair. I've got no complaints at all. The last time they were out was probably about two months ago when they did a summer tune up on our system. more

Western Heating & Air Conditioning came over and helped out with our furnace when it was having issues. It was our first time using them and we would go back. They were professional, on-time, and friendly. Their prices were reasonable. They were great to work with and I would use them again. more

Good Work, Good Service 7/5/2017

Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that Western Heating & Air Conditioning does. Their service is good. The work itself is quite satisfactory and I would give it five stars! They have great customer service. Their technicians are prompt in responding and they show up on time. They are professional and efficient in the work they do. There is only one issue that I would mention as unsatisfactory: I have a service contract with them and every month I have to call them to make an appointment for the monthly servicing. I wish they were more proactive about doing that and following up. Other than that, they're great. more

Excellent service 6/2/2017

Travis was the tech assigned to do my annual AC tune up. He arrived at the schedule time and went right to work. He was fast and efficient. Explained every step of the of the tune up and that my AC is in great condition. I am grateful for the expertise of all the Western Techs. I would strongly recommend Western Heating and Air Conditioning if you are ever in need to have any HVAC work done. more

Honest, reliable 6/2/2017

Western HVAC technicians are upfront and honest about the services they're providing. They also make sure the customer understands the condition of the unit(s) they inspect/tuneup. We use their 6-month tuneup services, and we love it. They have great customer service, as well. We've been with them a few years and have not been disappointed. more

Will not recommend! 6/1/2017

2 employees arrived. One was being trained. They were very nice. Looked over our AC. Informed us of the problem, and then started the up sale of their maintenance package. We did not feel good about the price they quoted and the up sale. We paid the service fee and called someone else for a second opinion. The information we were given from the techs regarding the problem with our AC was not correct!! more

I was very impressed all around with this company! Not only did they do an excellent job and not to try to upsell me with something I didn't need but from start to finish the service was excellent! In fact I had a very heavy delivery come when no one was around to help me. The minute he heard I could not lift it he came right over and got it into my house for me! Will not use any other company now! more
