My first visit started out as a typical visit to the dentist. I signed in and took a seat in the waiting room with the magazines. But, soon I noticed that this place was different from any dentist I'd been to. The waiting room soon became crowded with people that looked depressed and sickly. The wait turned into hours and I had to repeatedly ask the throng of receptionists what the hold up was. They kept referring me back and forth to each other and gave me no clear reason. Finally, I had had enough and decided to tell them to cancel, as I had wasted enough time and had to get going. Apparently, that scared them into immediately rushing me into the back office for x-rays before I left because they didn't want to lose out on the $$. The medical equipment was outdated, discolored and DIRTY. I was worried about putting my mouth anywhere near it. The technician/dental assistant lacked the experience I was used to.
