Great Service, No Strings Attached! 11/10/2013

I brought my car in for a non working speaker. Shane, in the showroom, was more than helpful with troubleshooting the problem. No hard sells or pressure to buy any new stuff that I didn't need. After looking at it myself, I knew I was going to need extra help. I had it sent back to the shop to fix the trouble. I was quoted the hourly rate and 15 minutes later when my car was already fixed was charged only 1./4 of that - a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely be back for my future car audio needs! Customer Service is Key 10/15/2013

In a market where customer service should be simply given and not paid for, Wee Bee Audio and Video is where you want to go when shopping for your audio and video needs. Every time I turned around my expectations were constantly being exceeded. Josh was an exemplar person to work with. I felt extremely comfortable not only in his expertise and knowledge, but feeling good about the decisions he was helping me make from start to finish. The best part is, he understood my budget and matched it to my needs! There is no reason to go anywhere else. You just can't get this service at a BestBuy or another generic installer. In a day in age where customer service is key, WeeBee trumps them all! If you want something done right the first time, go to WeeBee! more

I drove from Martinsburg WV to Lancaster PA and got a new stereo and tv system in my Cadillac escalade and the installation was great Wee Bee Audio technicians did a very clean and neat job they made me feel like it was done by a very close group of friends although very professional and they took care of any question or concern I had before I departed I would defenetly recommend them to my friends and Family . Check Out Weebee A/V Before You Buy At A "Big Box" Store! 8/16/2013

I always do extensive research before I purchase a product, especially an electronic product. After I think that I know what I want, I start to look around locally before I buy to get a comparative look at what's available. This time around I went to the local "big box" stores to look at televisions, and the sales associates were helpful. However, when I went to WeeBee and started to talk about the latest television technology with Tom Richmond he was not only helpful. It was immediately apparent that Tom and really the whole staff "knew their stuff" on a different level than the sales people I had spoken to elsewhere. I got an excellent price on a new television which was expertly installed by Weebee. I'm glad that I finished my latest television purchasing experience at Weebee Audio/Video. Next time, I plan to save a lot of time and start it there as well...highly recommended! more

Simply Outstanding! 8/5/2013

This will sound altogether 'Over the Top' and perhaps unbelievable. However, I have been thru the ringer with other dealers. The first (New Era Loudspeakers in Santa Rosa, CA) failed to deliver the promised equipment. Another (Natural Sound, Framingham, MA) was just frustrating and condescending. They kept trying to sell me things I didn't want, and frankly were quite condescending. In desperation, I went to Ebay to find the equipment that the first dealer had failed to supply, and it was being sold by WeeBee Audio. When I called, I connected with Scott Yoder, who not only had a thorough understanding and appreciation of the products and the quality level I was after, he got exactly the products I wanted, but was keen to make me aware that spending a little more would make a big difference. Also, perhaps as a result of my plight with dealer 1, he personally made sure that the equipment ordered arrived in a timely manner. And besides his knowledge and professionalism, he was a hysterically funny and a delight to work with. Bottom line, he successfully integrated a system comprised of things not bot from WeeBee with an AV Receiver and Subwoofer. The system was a wedding gift to a deserving young couple, who have discerning ears. They love the system! I'm so delighted, especially in light of the previous experiences. Thank you Scott Yoder and thank you WeeBee Audio. 'Over the top'? Yes, but after the others, can you blame me? Again, many thanks. Completeness 7/12/2013

The phone call to Lee Rambler for the quote was very quick and professional within a short period of time a onsite visit was arranged and the project was drafted. The quote was approved,equipment ordered. Installation team was dedicated and made sure that all facets of the installation were completed including vacuuming any areas they had been working. all cabling was neatly tied up and fastened to wall. A follow-up call was done to also ensure everything was working properly. Definitely will recommend and use in the future. Outstanding in every respect of the purchase and instillation! 7/11/2013

Scott Yoder handled our purchase and treated us with such respect. The tv was a new model and not in the warehouse so Scott kept us informed every step of the way as to when we could expect delivery. We would never go anywhere else to purchase audio or video equipment. Our neighbors had an issue with their television,we purchased our Runco the same time they did. We told them of our experience and they contacted Scott and made a purchase as well. Their TV will be installed on Saturday. The LG55LA8600 tv is outstanding, the BLueray in unbelievable and the universal remote is set up to be useer friendly. Your installers are professionsl, know what they are doing and very curteous. Awesome! 6/28/2013

First, Josh took a personal interest in helping me get the best value stereo for my husband's truck. Second, I felt like I was going to a good friend to get advice on what options I should choose -- in fact, he gave me better advice than my friends ever would... lol... And finally, I feel like he really managed my expectations. I had Best Buy install a stereo a few years ago, and they had me thinking I was going to have something great -- but it was only mediocre. I think Josh painted a perfect picture of what I was buying and what I should expect. He didn't pressure me to add on anything more than my husband would actually be able to appreciate. Then he came out to the truck to show us the functions. (How great is that?!) AND there was a piece we already had, so they didn't use it and credited my account (How great is that?!) I would totally recommend Wee Bee based on the service and quality of this purchase. Thanks! more

Great quality 4/30/2013

The costumer service at weebee it's amazing, shane solved all my concerns about my sound system, and after waiting 2 weeks to be able to get my car in for a full install, i could really say that the waiting was worth it, because when i heard the sound system i was spechless, it was perfect, i felt like i got what i paid for it, every dollar was well spent. Purchased 55 in LG TV-loved it and the service that I received! 4/9/2013

I purchased a 55 inch LG 3-D TV as a surprise for my husband. I worked with Scott Yoder to help me pull off this surprise. He went out of his way to explain what model TV would be the best for my space, helped me understand exactly what I needed to have it installed, cords, wii, PS3, blue-ray player-the works! Scott helped me coordinate the install and everything went as smooth as could be. The install guys were even great! Being a sales manager, I am one of the toughest customers when it comes to service, and I have to tell you that I was extremely impressed and my overall experience was outstanding! I can't say enough about Scott and his compassion for the customer and for the service he provided. I wont hesitate buying again from WeeBee audio! Thanks for a great experience! Lee was very helpful in designing our home audio visual system 3/25/2013

Lee was knowledgable about the products he had to offer, quickly picked up on what we needed/wanted and then tailored his proposal to meet those needs. Nathan, who handled the first part of the install was great. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant while on site. The installer who handled the rest of the install wasn't as neat but got the job done. WeeBee is pricey but I guess you get what you pay for ! more

Got this huge TV to my door only two days after I ordered! Very friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, even when I had some dumb questions after I got the product. Very pleased overall. These guys work hard to put a great product in your hands for a great price. purchase & installation of Integra CD player 3/4/2013

I own Nakamichi equipment in which the CD player stopped working and through reviewing research and repair options, it was financially prohibitive to repair. I brought the unit into your Lanc. store, met with a very helpful salesperson, Scott Yoder, who suggested a unit the firm could order that would make my existing equipment meet my needs and add the capability of 6 CDs loaded vs. 1. Nate performed the installation this morning and I'm pleased a solution was found. more
