I brought my car in for a non working speaker. Shane, in the showroom, was more than helpful with troubleshooting the problem. No hard sells or pressure to buy any new stuff that I didn't need. After looking at it myself, I knew I was going to need extra help. I had it sent back to the shop to fix the trouble. I was quoted the hourly rate and 15 minutes later when my car was already fixed was charged only 1./4 of that - a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely be back for my future car audio needs!
