I purchased a 55 inch LG 3-D TV as a surprise for my husband. I worked with Scott Yoder to help me pull off this surprise. He went out of his way to explain what model TV would be the best for my space, helped me understand exactly what I needed to have it installed, cords, wii, PS3, blue-ray player-the works! Scott helped me coordinate the install and everything went as smooth as could be. The install guys were even great! Being a sales manager, I am one of the toughest customers when it comes to service, and I have to tell you that I was extremely impressed and my overall experience was outstanding!
