First, Josh took a personal interest in helping me get the best value stereo for my husband's truck. Second, I felt like I was going to a good friend to get advice on what options I should choose -- in fact, he gave me better advice than my friends ever would... lol... And finally, I feel like he really managed my expectations. I had Best Buy install a stereo a few years ago, and they had me thinking I was going to have something great -- but it was only mediocre. I think Josh painted a perfect picture of what I was buying and what I should expect. He didn't pressure me to add on anything more than my husband would actually be able to appreciate. Then he came out to the truck to show us the functions. (How great is that?!) AND there was a piece we already had, so they didn't use it and credited my account (How great is that?!) I would totally recommend Wee Bee based on the service and quality of this purchase. Thanks!
