Best car buying experience ever! 9/2/2011

Me and my wife purchased our Ford Explorer at Watertown Ford and can say that this is by far the best car buying experience we ever had! The staff was eager to help us with all of our questions, the price they provided was great and right up front! No going back and forth car games here! After the sale I had a couple additional questions about some of the features of the car and ended up speaking to one of the other sales guys and they were able to answer all of my questions, even though they didn't even make the sale! We have already recommended these guys to all of our friends and family and are going to be Watertown Ford customers for life! more

I love Watertown Ford! 7/20/2011

After 6 months of car-shopping, I have seen my share of obnoxious car salesmen. I've seen everything from apathetic to ""no we can't test drive on the highway, there's too much traffic"" to ""we'll only give you back your OWN car keys AFTER you talk to the manager.""\r \r My experience at Watertown Ford has just became my most favorable dealership experience. Michael O'Brien was the right combination of informative without being pushy. He was upfront and extremely pleasant to do business with. I would recommend him & Watertown Ford to anyone. more

Friendliest Staff in the area 7/7/2011

With the resurgence of the Ford brand, I was compelled to go check out their selection when I was in the market for a new ride. I went to Watertown Ford since I drive by it on a daily basis, and they were wonderful! I was very up front that I was unsure about a Ford, but they were very down to earth and helpful with answering my questions and making me feel comfortable, which is extremely important.\r \r I ended up going down a different avenue and purchasing foreign, but I wanted to leave a review because the people I dealt with at Watertown Ford were true professionals. more
