Family friendly bowling 8/18/2005

This is an older facility, but is clean and, most important, smoke free. Tumwater lanes is a bowling alley that you can feel comfortable taking your family to. Our office has had functions there at least twice during the last two years and it was an enjoyable experience. The snack bar is decent and offers hamburgers and hotdogs, nachos, etc. more

mediocre at best 8/4/2005

Ive seen better lanes everywhere else i've lived, but i've also seen worse. I'm not in a league or a big bowling afficianado, but this place is mediocre. The environment is a bit too dark, dirty, and old. The price is decent, but not worth the price for the environment. Decent selection of services other than bowling. Overall, i wouldn't return to this place to bowl again, but in a tight squeeze with old buddies, this place wll do. more

So-So Bowling alley 7/22/2005

This is a place to go if you are local to it. However, I'd not suggest going here to bowl. Both Westside Lanes and Aztec Lanes beat out Tumwater Lanes by far. This is an older establishment with much less to offer than the others. It isn't terrible, just not the best. If you're in the Olympia area and looking to bowl, check out the other ones first. more

Great place for fun 7/2/2005

I enjoy going bowling here. There are usually lanes available and the prices are reasonable. It is a pretty clean establishment and great fun. The employees are all very nice too. If you are looking for a night of entertainment, this is the place to go. Have Fun! more
