We were able to stay here on a deal where we got an upgraded strip-view room as well as some food credits, so that already made me like this hotel. There were also separate elevators for the higher floors, very convenient. I even liked that cheesy sirens pirate show, guests get priority viewing. more

Wonderful 11/13/2006

Great hotel, casino and atmosphere! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, room service was very accomodating! Concierge, dealers and all employees were incredibly friendly and very helpful! more

A little of everything 11/12/2006

Great value and good food! Buffet had a very large variety to chose from. Omelettes, salads, desserts, sushi! Just about anything necessary to cure a hangover...champagne brunch is an awesome deal! more

Really nice room 11/11/2006

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend with a room that had a view of the strip. They offered a reasonable price for a very nice room and we had an excellent time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to the Vegas area. I was very impressed, but the check in line was quite long when we got there. I think it took about 30 minutes to get through, but this was during the summer time so maybe it was just a seasonal thing. more

Good Value Hotel, Great Location 11/5/2006

I stayed at the TI (used to be called Treasure Island, but switching to TI to seem less kid-oriented) in October 2006. Ithink it's a good hotel for the value and it's a great location, next to Mirage, across from Wynn and Venetian, close to Fashion Show shops. The Deli has great sandwiches, but I didn't try the other restaurants. The pirate show out front went from kid-oriented to really cheesy/hokey/ridiculous, but people still line up to watch it. If you watch, stay near the edge of the crowd in case you want to leave. Mystere is the Cirque de Soleil show that plays here; it's a good introduction if you've never seen a CdS show. The rooms are nice and the service was fine when I was there. Overall a good experience and a pretty good value. Pros: Great Location Cons: Starting to show its age, but not too bad. more

Comfortable and spacious 10/30/2006

The room was plenty big to accomodate a party. There is also a huge mirror along the wall, ideal for getting ready to go out at night. The theme is fun, but campy. more

good value 10/24/2006

We stayed here a year ago last minute because it was the only place that had a room. Our friends stayed at mirage. We got a corner room which was a lot bigger but the same price as the regular. Our bathroom was just as nice as the mirage's, if not better. Our room was twice the size. We payed half of what they did. The pool area is a lot smaller than most hotels, but if you are going in the colder months, it doesn't matter. Restaurants aren't good, but you can go other places to eat, if you want to save on the room. Ask for a strip view. more
