The experience with any member of your team (Jazmin, Hope, etc) is always good. The only issues I have is with the cleaving of any "virgin silk" item (e.g., Tommy Bahama shirts). The result of your cleaning these shirts produces a "washed out" appearance and an "hot iron" sheen on the edges around the collar, sleeves, etc. The overall effect is that they look old - especially the darker colors like blue, black, etc.
There has got to be a way to dry clean them such that this effect does not happen again, or I WILL NEED TO TAKE THESE SHIRTS ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICING...
Finally, I think you need to add an additional service where very delicate items are hand-washed separately - especially WHITE items - so that there is no "bleeding" or such effects from other garments in the communal washing process. It's ok to charge more for this service, as I would certainly pay for the individual care and service - especially with the garments (shirts, pants) that costs $500 - to ensure that got the specialized care they deserve...
