I've been visiting Three-13 for the last 8-9 months. I switched over from Elon Salon, and I am so glad I did!!!! The treatment you get at this salon is truly top quality and I couldn't be more happy with my haircut and color!! Thank you, Three-13 for making me look great! :) more

Looking for a new hairdresser? Give Three-13 a try! 4/1/2012

I was a little nervous going into the whole process, because I've used the same hair dresser for 7 years. I was even more nervous when I went in and saw the various hairstyles of the employees, however I was pleasantly surprised. I had highlights before and just wanted some gray coverage. Nicole was wonderful at providing the correct color to color the gray and not disturb the highlights too much. Then, Korbin was wonderful with the hair cut itself. I explained what I had been working toward and she cut it so that it would continue to grow and I could get the look I want. Thank you Three-13! I'm very impressed! more

Love this place for a while now 3/12/2012

I have loved this place since they were on the corner or Canton Rd and New Chastain Rd. I used to go to that little, steep drive way place all the time. I can't remember NOT getting my hair done here. Actually I always get my hair done here. I have always walked out happy. I always get compliments. Being that I am an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay I have to look my best and walk with my head held high and when the ladies at Three 13 make me feel special and make me look great I can do just that. Three-13 is GREAT! 3/5/2012

I have been a customer of Three-13 for years, started way back in the mid 1980's. Natascha is the best at cutting short hair, and always leaves me feeling like a new person. Just spent last Saturday getting my first massage from Amber, and I must say what a wonderful experience. I was like putty when the massage was over. Finished that off with a facial from Candace, and I was ready for the weekend! Three-13 never fails to amaze me. What a treasure we have so close to home. more

The only place I will get my hair cut! 2/8/2012

I've been going to Three-13 for about 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for haircut/color. I have short, dry, and curly hair and Marian manages to create some type of magic every time I get my hair done. I've seen Tony on occasion, and he is awesome too! more

I have been a customer now for 17 yrs. My haircuts for my wife and I are more than excellant. My color always so pretty and natural. Fantastic Hair Salon 1/16/2012

The stylists here are super friendly and talented. I hate going to a salon and they rag on how bad your hair is and make you feel uncomfortable - NOT THIS PLACE! They do their best to cut a style that fits what you want and what looks best on you while giving you helpful hints on how to style your hair without making you feel like an idiot. My stylist took the time to straighten a portion of my hair to go back and add in detail. They do not just try to get you in and out here! Absolutely 100% satisfied with my cut. Highly recommend Three-13! more

Santa's Favorite Salon 12/15/2011

As you know, my hair and my beard are the most identifiable features I have. People recognize me as Santa regardless of what clothes I'm wearing because of the hair on my head and face. I rely on Three-13 Salon to keep me looking snow white all year long. They have many levels of expertise, the higher the level, the more experience and skill, and higher price. I have used 3 different levels including the lowest and the highest. I actually choose the highest level because of the little extra pampering I get. Everyone knows me by name,and it could be my imagination, but is seems everyone manages to come by and say ""Hi"" each time I'm in. Three-13 is on my Nice List and I've checked it twice! more

Love that I can make a dramatic change or just maintain a look and Peyton (colorist) and Traci (haircut) make it happen exactly to my specifications. There's no anxiety during this process. Appreciate the care and service - all keep me returning for more! more

Amazing Stylists and Service! 10/25/2011

Every experience I have had at Three-13 has been wonderful. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly and above all they are knowledgeable. I have never had to wait for service and have been taken back within 10 minutes of arrival. I have very difficult to manage fine hair with some random wavy texture on the bottom. I have spent years with hundreds of different styles trying to find something that worked. Every stylist I have been to at Three-13 has been able to cut my hair in a way that works for it's texture and my lifestyle.... something I have been searching for. Thank you Three-13 for giving my hair life and making mine easier :) more

Get more than you know for your money.. 9/30/2011

I have been using this salon for a few years now. I know that on birthdays or anniversaries my hubby will get me a gift card. Those are really great for the cost and be sure to read all the fine print. With your gift card you will usually be able to do a combo of services that will include freebies(i.e. makeup application after facial or free finish with cut/color) and a gift is included with the card. Your dollar can really stretch and who couldn't use that! Referring a friend/family member gets you a 13% off post card in the mail. For moms and dads, if you are a PTA member you get 13% off services all year long as well as a free child's cut per year. I save that one for right before picture day. :) Honestly, I have only had to interact with two unpleasant employees in all my time going there. Everyone is usually sweet and friendly. Love Three-13! more

Satisfied with Services Rendered 9/28/2011

This past weekend was my first experience with Three-13; my boyfriend told me about the salon a few months ago. On the day of our anniversary, I decided to treat myself to the spa services and an up-do. No matter what these reviews say, when you pull into a parking lot at 9:00 in the morning and the parking lot is almost full, it has to be a successful business. The employees are friendly, the salon is clean, organized, and contemporarily decorated. Both Sara and Erin were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did not receive a cut or color, only a hairstyle so I can not offer a review on those particular services. I am satisfied with the results; however the services are expensive and not something I can afford on a regular basis. more

GET YOUR HAIR COLORED WITH STEPHANIE!!!!!!!! 10/22/2010

OMG I LOVE 313, they are so fun and funky, the building is big and pink and beautiful and it is so much FUN in there!!! I get my hair done there with STEPHANIE who has been there for like 25 years or something, I would go to nobody else, her hair always looks different and great every time I go, and she is SO knowledgeable and I think she loves doing hair, and even though it is too expensive, I don't care it's worth it. They include a Paraffin hand dip and they wash your hair and give you a Scalp and Neck massage and the color and cut are wonderful, they offer you drinks and have lots of magazines and the people there are just FUN!!!! I got my Nails done there once and it was good maybe I will try a Facial or a Massage there next time too, but I will never stop getting my hair done there! You should too and ask for STEPHANIE!!! more

I am very disappointed. I had recommended a certain stylist at this salon to my friend. Her hair was washed and then they let her sit around with her hair wet for 30 minutes PAST her appointment with no explanation and not an offer of anything to drink or read! more

Great place, Good customer service 2/6/2010

Marsha does a great job on my hair. Has great customer's service and is a fabulous hair stylist. Must comment on time, from start to finish 1 to 11/2 hour max. I use to go to other shops and have to spend over 3 hours in shop. The stylist at Three-13 are not walking around on phones, eating and doing anything else other than their jobs.I have had a bad shampoo from time to time, but Marsha always offers to redo the shampoo if I wasnt satisfied. Marsha, and staff at Three-13, Thank You for always providing great customer service, with a smile. Pros: Marsha Cons: Some shampooers - too soft of a touch - I like a good scrub more

Want great color? Shannon at Three-13 Salon is the best! 12/9/2009

I have been going to this salon for 14 years and I only see Shannon Woodard for my highlights and Traci for my haircut. I get so many compliments on my hair on a daily basis. Shannon is so professional and knowledgeable, she makes you feel comfortable instantly! My hair ends up looking like it should be in a photo shoot. Traci cuts hair like no other-she is amazing! You too will look fabulous when you go see these ladies at Three-13 Salon! Pros: Friendly, funny, and knows her stuff Cons: NONE! more
