BRADBURN was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on October 12 1962. He received his B.A. in 1985 from Wabash College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University in 1990. While at Indiana University?s School of Law, he was selected as a member of the Order of Barristers and was a member of both the American Bar Association and John Marshall Information and Privacy Law national moot court teams. Mr. Bradburn is admitted to practice in all state courts in Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He practices in the areas of consumer and small business bankruptcy and general civil litigation, including personal injury.
