i'm very please with splash because i shopped in that store for the first time and they had an item and they held the item for me for a week i was very please because i didn't think they would hold my items. They were very nice and informative on items, i would shop in there but not all the time because some of there items are a little expensive but you pay for what you want. I think they could come down a little on there prices. more

I purchased a pair of True Religion Jeans from Splash in the Galleria approx 9 months ago and the button on the back pocket fell off after a couple months of owning them! Now for a pair of jeans that cost 225$ buttons shouldn't fall off! So splash stated they would fix the button and if it fell off again they would replace them, per manager!!! Well, the same button fell off again and the manager stated it's not there responsibility and the jeans are old (9months old, wow thats old.) I have jeans that are from the GAP and JCrew that are 5 YEARS OLD and still have all the buttons. I feel SPLASH has a lack of ACCOUNTABILITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It's not my fault the button fell off, they should work it out w/True Religion and do right by there customers. This is the last time a spend a penny in that horrible store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I have always liked Splash but about 10 years ago it went from being a place to buy a swimsuit and a fun and affordable outfit. These days it is more of a boutique. Although I love the brands they carry, their service started lacking once the store changed its product line. Pros: Good Selection Cons: Bad Service more

I was shopping the day after Thanksgiving and Splash was the best service I had the whole day! The staff was honest and seemed very sincere with their opinions. No one pushed any sales on me which was nice. I know their brands have been been out of my reach price wise before, but it seems I can afford a little more in there now. It's always where I go for my jean purchases, they have a good selection and I feel like it's a nice kept secret because they always seem to have what I'm looking for! I absolutely love Splash stores and am very glad they expanded beyond just swimwear. It has always been a pleasant experience for me. The staff is friendly and attentive, but willing to stand off so you can shop in peace. It's also nice to be able to shop my favorite brands at once Pros: cute clothes and swim suits. all prices. LOVE the designers they select from. Cons: can be pricey at times depending on what you are looking for. more

Shocked to read the reviews posted previously! I had a completely different experiece while at the store this past week. Splash is a one-stop-shop for every brand I could possibly be looking for. I was greeted while looking around and the staff nicely let me know they were there to help if needed. They were not pushy which I found refreshing. I was able to find prices within my budget; a top for less while also finding a pair of my favorite jeans, True Religion. I have never taken the time to write a review like this but I was impressed enough this past week to take the time to write this. Pros: Brands, staff not pushy, helpful Cons: Parking at mall more

This store looks like a spoiled 15 year old came up with the idea to start a boutique. They have no direction with what they are trying to sell...? Are they trying to be a department store or can they not make their mind up? If the store is called Splash and was started for swimsuits why do they now sell Northface? It seems like a 15 year old looked through magazines and she wanted this, this, this and this in the store. To give any advice at all it is stay away from this store, the staff is the worse part. The stuck up, dirty blond, shoulder-length haired girl is the worse. She rang me up i think and she just was clueless and you could tell she worked there only because she thought she was working on her fashion career. Just do yourself a favor and stay away if you want to buy one of these awesome brands, go to Bloomingdales or the actual store, dont waste your time in splash Pros: Some labels Cons: The Staff, the price and the store itself more
