Went in for a facial and came out with messed up eye brows. I felt her tweesing my brows, I'm thinking she's cleaning them up. Now, there's a difference between cleaning them up and actually going into the brow shape and getting hairs there. Now the lady was good at the facial part, that I felt she atleast deserved a tip on. Only check or cash was accepted as a tip though. I had to run to the local gas station to get cash, I really didn't notice until I got into my car in the natural sunlight. \r
At this point, I'm pretty livid.I go back in to Spa 51 and let them know about the situation. I was told ""sorry"" and that they could offer me a discount on my next service with them. I'm not interested in a discount on the next trip because there wasn't going to be one. The Manager actualy told me she didn't see anything wrong with them. That floored me, either she thinks that I'm stupid or she's blind, there's no way of fixing them unless they have some magical device that puts hair back. \r
By the way I wouldn't dare let them touch the other side in fear of them really botching up the job . She also stated that they didn't charge me for my brows either. OK, if I would've be charged for this job (which I didn't request) I would refuse to pay because it was horribly done. The manager then said she could talk to the lady that did the facial...for what? What kind of resolution would that have given me? Nothing. I left, really upset at the lack there of customer service. I went back in, manager was gone, I talked to the other front lady person and asked who was the owner. I was given a card with a name ""Shelly"" on it.
