Great and friendly Drycleaner 10/30/2009

Have used the service of South Shore Cleaners for more than ten years, and feel like family every time I come back. They are very friendly and the quality of dry clean is unbeatable. That's why even there are many drycleaner opened later in the are but my family and all my friends are still doing business with South Shore. The service is delicate, and we highly recommend all of you to try with them to experience the difference. more

Bad cleaners with managers that will not even give you there name when asked. 9/19/2007

Shredded a new silk shirt. First said it was shredded from the alcohol in my deodorant and then told me they would only give store credit for less than what it costs. (Wish I could post a picture of it)I offered to buy the shirt again and bring them the receipt as I really liked the new shirt. They stated no matter what the cost they would only give me what they felt the shirt was worth in store credit. I have never delt with such ill mannered people that do not stand behind their work. Cons: The manager!!! more
