From searching Google for folks who repair refrigerators in Scottsdale , I found SN Appliance Repair Scottsdale and it had lots of good reviews ,so I called and the guy gave me a general estimate said he could come by in a few hours and that it would be $55 to take a look, and that $55 could go toward the repair price if he ended up doing anything. He was on time and took 2 minutes to diagnose a broken starter and said it would cost $97 for the part (plus tax), which he had on him, plus $85 for the labor, and if anything went wrong within 90 days he would come back and fix it for free. It was worth it to me, because less than an hour later the fridge was fixed. Glad I went with the Google reviews on this on. Very professional, reasonably priced, 90 day guarantee - so, highly recommended more

Our refrigerator went out over the weekend and we called SN Appliance Repair Scottsdale based on some reviews I read on yahoo. Overall great experience. The repair guy told me on the phone that the grand total to fix my icemaker problem would be $200. When it came time to pay it was then $338. He insists that he did not say $200, but I know what I heard. He offered to undo all the work he had done and leave me with a broken icemaker, but of course at that point you just want it to be over with - so you just pay up. I am bummed at feeling misled, but I just hope my icemaker will be making ice soon... more

I called them on Sunday evening and tech was at my house and repaired my washer within 1 hour of me calling them. Tech was pleasant and professional.
