I really don't want to give this company a bad review, the products are great and our milkman is the best, but their customer service and billing department SUCK BIG TIME!
We've been on autopay for months, and they've switched something in their backoffice billing so that they can not get it right. They send a bill, we call and remind them we have autopay, they confirm it, then they send another bill....it goes on and on. And where is their back-office now anyway? Did they outsource?
When you call, they will tell you how it's your fault too, rudely. Unless you have hours to deal with their incompetence each month, you will regret working with Smith Brothers.
