What else is there to say...it's SAFE, INTENSE, and EFFICIENT!!!...I've been working out there for 2 yrs now and I am in the best shape I've ever been in...and that's only working out 26hrs a year!!! 30 minutes, once-a-week is all it takes...why isn't everyone working out this way???
Pros: 30 minutes, Once-a-week, safe, & very effective!
Cons: Sadly there is only 2 locations.
