I am seeing Dr. Sudy for IPL Laser treatments for redness caused by rosacea and sun damage. I have had two treatments so far with a third one planned, and am very pleased with the results. I've been going to Evolve for years to receive IPL treatments for my acne. I'm very insecure about my skin but Dr. Sudy and the Evolve staff are always so friendly and caring I always feel comfortable during my visits. The IPLs have really helped with my acne and the overall appearance of my skin. There is currently no sign of acne or past acne breakouts (no scars etc.) and today I actually had someone come up to me and comment on my flawless skin. I was so happy I thought I would cry! I also recently saw Dr. Sudy for filler injections in my tear troughs and upper lip. The price was reasonable and the results are completely natural and beautiful. I feel better today at 31 then I did as a teenager and its all thanks to Dr. Sudy and the Evolve Staff. I cannot praise Evolve enough!!! They are wonderful <3 more

I have been going to Dr. Sudy for 4 years now and he is the best! I I started doing Microdermabrasion and Skin Tyte over the past couple months and my skin looks great! I am getting stopped by people at work telling me my skin looks great (they have no idea I am getting treatments done!) and that I am lucky because I dont need makeup to look young! Thank you for the wonderful experience I had at Evolve medical spa. I would definitely refer any of my clients to your clinic. The entire staff was pleasant and caring and my estitician was very professional and knowledgeable of my type of skin. She offered numerous treatment opportunities for me and was very helpful to give advise to help my skin on a daily basis. I have lived in Charlotte for 16 years and have been to a number of plastic surgeons, dermatologists and medspas for skincare procedures(botox, fillers, laser) and this is hands down the best place I have EVER been. The doctor takes so much time, never feel rushed, even talked me out of a more expensive procedure in lieu of something he said would probably more beneficial for half the cost. I tried to get call several times and could not get a ""person"" on the line for several minutes. Annoying. I needed to cancel an appt that I had just booked the previous afternoon at 4 and was told ""that would be a 'MARK' by my name with their 24 hr cancellation policy. HELLO?? I AM A NEW CUSTOMER!!! They also would not honor my gift certificate from the company they purchased 'Radiance Med Spa'. No thanks, I won't be calling back. Plenty of other places to go! more

The doctors and staff make you feel like you are the only person in the office. They could have sold me more expensive products but suggested the best skin cae products to suit my budget. No high pressure sales tactics. Pros: Superb staff more

I've always been a beach lover and now at 32 it shows all over my skin. I sought out Dr. Sudy because of his excellent reputation and fabulous staff (who all have glowing skin!). Georgia and Dr. Sudy helped me decide to do a combination BBL / Profractional resurfacing treatment to address age spots and fine lines. I was nervous about the procedure, but decided minor corrections in my thirties are better than major overhauls in my forties. I was told there would not be a lot of pain with the BBL / Profractional, but I remained skeptical (I've never been accused of having a high pain tolerance). When I arrived at the office, Michelle applied numbing cream to my face. I relaxed for about forty-five minutes - reading magazines, drinking coffee and listening to my ipod. When the numbing cream took effect, which is an odd sensation, we moved rooms and Dr. Sudy began to work. The numbing cream prevented me from feeling any pain, and I was relaxed and comfortable throughout both the BBL and Profractional. I was able to listen to listen to my ipod throughout both procedures. There was hardly any pain associated with the BBL, which was the first procedure done. The next procedure was the Profractional resurfacing. As Dr. Sudy said, ""Are you ready?"", I clenched my teeth and responded, ""No!"". But it didn't hurt. There were periods of discomfort (for me around my upper lip), but this was never truly painful, just uncomfortable. Perhaps the most uncomfortable part of the entire procedure is a sunburn-like sensation following the laser treatment. The sensation is very bearable, and before I left the office Michelle applied a solution which made the burning stop almost entirely. Dr. Sudy and Michelle were very communicative during my procedure, which really helped me stay relaxed. They constantly inquired as to my comfort level, and if I had been uncomfortable they would have been able to apply more numbing cream before continuing (I did not need this). I left the office saying to myself, ""I can't believe I was so worried!"" I am excited about seeing my skin heal, and I look forward to having healthier, prettier skin. I don't know what all these reviewers are talking about when they mention good, freindly service. At least when it comes to communicating with this establishment via email, don't expect to be taken seriously. I've sent them two emails during the last week and have not received any reply. I can only think of three reasons: 1. They don't check their emails even though people are encouraged to send them emails on their website. 2. They selectively play dead to some people who ask about their services and prices. I asked (very politely) about their prices for consultation and skin care treatments, which might have ticked them off. 3. I am 38 and I've been going to the medspa for about 2 yrs...just wanted to get the word out that they are the best! I have been to several different ones in the Charlotte & Ballantyne area and you won't find a more knowledgeable, pleasant one. I really like the fact that they don't push their products on you...no pressure. I have had several chemical peels, botox and some laser so far. I am planning on having more laser due to all of the serious sun damage I acquired growing up in the South and not wearing much sunscreen, if ANY! When I saw the digital images of my skin and how bad and REAL the sun damage was I was stunned! I used to go to the tanning beds thinking it was safer but I'm here to tell you the only safe TAN is a SPRAY TAN! If you're looking for a medspa in the Ballantyne area, you won't beat the location or the service here. They are in The Blakeney Shopping Ctr. Good Luckand Enjoy! I made an appointment with Regenisis for a consultation for Botox and facial fillers. Dr. Sudy himself gave the consultation and was very informative and patient with all my questions. I went ahead the the treatments and was extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Sudy offers a realistic approach to botox and fillers that look natural and not overdone. He is very gentle with the injections and spends as much time as necessary to give you the results that you are looking for. His bedside manners are impeccable and his staff is extremely knowledgeable. I have since had a laser skin treatment, a facial, laser hair removal and most recently a spray tan. I have been extremely pleased with every service I have received and am happy to recommend Dr. Sudy and his entire staff to friends and family. Pros: Great South park location! more

I highly recommend ReGenesis Medical Spa and Wellness Center. Dr. Sudy and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dr. Sudy takes the time to explain all your options, offers solutions based on what you can afford without over selling or over promising. He's there everyday and personally sees all the clients, unlike many other ""medispas"" where the Doctor is seldom there, and the staff is comprised of estheticians diagnosising and performing laser treatments. I am 29 and grew up on the coast. I went to Dr. Sudy for a consultation and skin analysis, only to find out that what they say is true. The sun really does damage your skin! I could not believe what I was seeing, the pictures were alarming. I could no longer ignore the issue. Dr. Sudy has done 2 BBL's ( an intense pulsed light therapy) on my face and put me on a skin care regimen. The results have been unreal. Not only has it helped my sundamage and freckes, but also cleared up some acne and scarring. I like the results so much I had him do the same on my decollete and plan to do my shoulders. Everyone keeps telling me how amazing my skin looks. I can't tell you how great and truly helpful Dr. Sudy and his staff are. If you want results, go to Regenesis. I have had the best Hot Stone massage ever!!! Anna Stone is by far the BEST massage therapist in Charlotte! She is truley a pleasure and I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED seeing her!
