i took my 73 year old mom to sallys in shelby a employee named jennifer showed my mom a couple of products and demonstrated how to use them when we left my mom looked soo good it was amazing and the smile on my moms face was something to see i want to thank jennifer from the bottom of my heart for her time and friendliness jennifer is amazing more

When I first started going to Sally's in shelby, It was in transition of new management, as skeptical as I am. I thought I would try my luck, to my surprise, the new girl in there is awesome, she helps me in every way and goes above and beyond my expectations, her friendly,smiling professionalism and customer service is awesome! The associates are great also, I will continue to shop at Sally's in shelby! more

First off I would like to say to NOT pay attention to the horrible review below. Probably is a stuck up customer who didn't get their way. Such negativity. There is too much of that in the world already. ANYWAY... I have has NO trouble with this store. Every time I walk in there I feel welcomed and greeted right away. The associates that work there go beyond expectations to help me. Since I am "blonde" and very indecisive I need help almost every time. Otherwise my hair would be fried, dyed, and laying to the side. Each associate has a beautiful personality and I feel like all of them has my best interests at heart. When one of them is gone I don't feel awkward for one the other associates to help me. It is very important to have customer service skills in order to build report for customers who feel like they are important. And that's what this team does. The store is very clean and organized each time I go in there so the comment below is just ludicrous. It is almost too perfect. Sometimes I find myself getting lost in the products. ANYWAYS, if you ever need help or need awesome products for your hair endeavors, come here! It's AWESOME here at Shelby's own Sally's Beauty Supply Store!! more

The associates are rude. The store is messy and dirty. Not going back there ever again. There are other stores in the area that are much better. more

If you are looking for a great beauty supply store, try Sally's Beauty Supply. It's located in front on the new Walmart Supercenter on Dixon Blvd. The parking is great. It's very easy to find a great parking space, and it's easy to get in and out the parking lot. I have gotten a lot of items that were obscure, no one else had them. So I stopped that, and now I only shop Sally's Beauty Supply for those items. I give this store a five because the sales staff is very knowledgeable, the prices are wonderful, and the product selection is great. more

Sally Beauty Supply is located in the strip mall near Wal-Mart. Easy access in and out. They have a great selection of products. I've shopped Sally's locations in Charlotte so I'm sure their prices are about the same everywhere. The ladies there are pretty knowledgeable and very helpful. I have my Sally "green card" so of course I save on just about everything I buy. Wouldn't leave home without that little discount card!!! I highly recommend Sally's for hair care and beauty products. more
