Conveniently located in the same building as my doctor. I can just walk downstairs and pick up my medicine and head on home.

I was referred to RoxSan Pharmacy by my doctor because I needed a custom-compounded medication. I'd never gotten a custom-compounded medication before, so I didn't really know what to expect. The pharmacist there was incredibly helpful, explained to me the compounding options I had and helped me choose which one was right for me. The prescription was perfect! It's worth mentioning that the employees were also very friendly, and the service was great. My experience was so positive that I've decided to switch all of my prescription medications over to there! more

Unprofessional/disorganized! 3/3/2010

I was sent to this pharmacy because of it's convenient location to my Doctor. Beware if you get a large quantity of prescriptions filled there, meaning more than 3 items at a time... There are literally about 10 women crowed behind the pharmacy/medicine area. Yet, I waited there well over 30 minutes just to pick up my prescriptions, when they should have been ready! The worst part is - they gave me the wrong dosage of medication - it was suppose to 4 mg of a liquid dose & they only gave me about 1/2mg in the vile. Completely messed up my entire procedure & cost me thousands of dollars!!! Yes, it was for fertility medication! Beware & Please check all of your medication dosages before leaving the building! Cons: Expensive, over staffed (makes mistakes)! more

A deceitful pharmacist 9/16/2009

My prescription for my infertility cycle was mistakenly faxed to this pharmacy. This pharmacy called me to fill in my prescription, and I asked them what my prescriptions were to make sure it wasn't the same as the prescription I have from another pharmacy. The owner of the pharmacy, Shana, told me that my prescription at their pharmacy are different from the other pharmacy. I trusted her and found out later that she lied to me. She won't refund my money that she charged over $1700 and lied to me that she never said that my prescription with them is different from my other prescription with another pharmacy. Cons: fraud more

Avoid at all costs 7/19/2006

I used them for 2 cycles of infertilty treatment, spending thousands on medications, only to find out that they never ran any of it through our insurance. I called to see why and the owner said it was my fault because I never offered them my insurance info., which I thought they already had. I am extremely frusterated, because my insurance will not accept a claim at this late date and I am out over $500 that I could have spent toward the rest of my treatments. I would warn anyone thinking of purchasing medications here not to. Cons: See Statement more
