I used them for 2 cycles of infertilty treatment, spending thousands on medications, only to find out that they never ran any of it through our insurance. I called to see why and the owner said it was my fault because I never offered them my insurance info., which I thought they already had. I am extremely frusterated, because my insurance will not accept a claim at this late date and I am out over $500 that I could have spent toward the rest of my treatments. I would warn anyone thinking of purchasing medications here not to.
