I can't say enough good about this hotel. The staff were efficient and accommodating way past expectations. They upgraded our room (off-season). Sent bathrobes to our room. The pool is above average for inside hotel pools. The only downside is street parking can be a little tough to find. Location is pretty good - good restaurants within walking distance.In the complex, there is a gift shop, and a great art store which sells loads of native paintings, skin art and carvings. more

I have to say that the crew at this hotel is better then 5 star! When we moved here we expected to get into our house quickly, but it ended up being several months. It was summer time and hard to find a hotel, when we got into the residence in, we felt at home, the beds were comfy, the service was amazing. The second night we were there someone came to the room with fresh warm cookies for my kids. They have a dinner/social hour downstairs 4 night a week. No matter what time I went downstairs to ask a question, or just to stroll, they knew me. We had a slight mix up with a fax, and the next day they sent a gift bag to the room to apologize. The housekeeping staff is also top notch! We had a lovely 2 bedroom suite with a fireplace in the livingroom, it was close enough to downtown to go places, yet far enough away you don't hear the traffic! I'm telling everyone to stay there. more
