At your location looking around one of your salesmen came over and asked it I needed any help. Ken's knowledge on each vehicle was a great help in making my decision.

BAD, VERY BAD. NEVER GOING BACK. READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW....The dealer now writes a reply to my review like they are really concerned that I was not satisfied with the bad treatment...

Our sales rep (Stewart) was very knowledgeable about Ford products. Offered various Expedition models to choose from. Other personnel at showroom also very helpful and friendly. more

Purchasing the Explorer from Planet Ford, working with sales Mr Roosevelt and other associates at Planet Ford was the best new vehicle purchasing experience I have had. Will be returning when I need my new F150. more

LOVE THE IMPROVEMENTS. CHANGE IS GOOD 8/23/2011

The vehicle was for my daughter, I shortlisted three companies: Ford, Kia, and Hyundai the primary reason for going with you was purely down to follow-up and attention to detail. We also own a Mercury Mainer and recently have seen a significant improvements in overall customer service at Randall Ford. Keep up the good work. more

They are liers and theivies 6/22/2011

They may be the worse dealer I have ever dealt with.. After they bounced my check they wasn't suppose to cash.. They wouldn't pay the fees owed to me.. The sales manager Billy is a sorry excuse for a man.. Paul lied to me about tearing up the check.. Buy a car anywhere but here honesty is gold and they have none.. They where very stubborn about the pricing and forced me to buy a car elsewhere.. more

Worst Car Dealer 3/8/2011

Worst place I have found to have service preformed. They have had my King Ranch in twice and still have the same problems. BUT they always find something else wrong to bill you for. They even took the owners manuel out of my glove box to try and fix the problem. Must hire anyone who can spell Ford if you spot them the first three letters for a mechanic because they are not very good at repairs. Nor will they return e-mail or phone call. We are Dealing Crap at Randall Reed. more

After what happened to me i feel i must warn others 5/11/2009

I just bought a car at Planet Ford on I 45 in Houston, Tx. I could not imagine a worse place to buy a car. The sales man lied to us and tried to tack on charges he would not explain when we confronted him about them. The finance guy""Timmie Dowdley"" Raised the cost of the car believing no one would notice then tried to tell us a $8400 car was going to be $385 a month for 60 mo. When i called him on this, it seemed that they had tacked on charge after charge without ever discussing it with us. and then they talk about giving me a referral fee for sending them clients! I feel like i should press charges against them, not refer them! DO NOT BUY HERE! Cons: They add charges and not tell you.These people are criminals more
