At your location looking around one of your salesmen came over and asked it I needed any help. Ken's knowledge on each vehicle was a great help in making my decision.

BAD, VERY BAD. NEVER GOING BACK. READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW....The dealer now writes a reply to my review like they are really concerned that I was not satisfied with the bad treatment...

Everyone there was great. Alex and Skylar were fabulous to us and very great to work with. No pressure was felt to buy, they were just happy to show us vehicles. Kimberly was also helpful in initial information over the internet on a new vehicle and played a large part in why we chose Planet Ford in Humble. more

Mr Hernando was my salesman he was the best was nice respectful new all about Ford vehicle's answered all my questions he didn't have to say hold on I'm not sure let me ask like the other dealers he showed me what I wanted not like the other dealers he made sure that I was satisfied and understood everything on my vehicle that choose 5 stars for Mr Hernando we will highly recommended him . \r more

Very professional in a relaxed invironment. The vehicle was clean and prepped and ready to go with the exception of a missing owners manual packet and SD NAV car. Terry located an alternate manual before i left but did not have the NAV card. Received a call from customer satisfaction 4 days after the sale notifing me that a NAV card was ready for me to pick up. Plan on picking it up tomorrow. more

Terry was great and easy to work with. It was the experience that we have had at a dealership. Everything was great until it was time to close the deal with the finance department. That took way too long! It took over an hour and a half just for finance. I was pre-approved thru my credit union too. All I needed to do was sign some paperwork. Yet, that took way too long. Thankfully Terry was great; therefore the overall process was positive! more

My experience was above and beyond anything I was expecting. Jared actually spoke with me and not my father, like other dealerships we had visited. He was very knowledgable and prepared for our visit. Everyone that I interacted with was polite, knowledgable and went above and beyond to provide the type of customer service that is very rare today. more

i saw the truck online and contacted terry, his job was simple the truck was love at first sight. it had a couple of dings and they were taken care of. i am very happy.marcus was also very helpful. if anybody is looking to buy i would definitly recommend randal reed ford. more

Very patient; explained highlights of vehicle; when he didn't know the answer to a question I had he said he didn't know and looked it up; not at all pushy but provided pertinent information. I was already pretty sold on the Escape, but Josiah's ""manner"" and ability to explain items really sold me. I would recommend this dealership and Josiah whole-heartedly. more
