worst food in the state of utah. 12/20/2008

I wish I had more hand to give this ten thumbs DOWN! I am a big fan of this type of food. there basically the same, gual bertos, rancharitos, betos, albertos, ect. but the location on 3500 s and about 8000 w is by far the worst quality food and most unsanitary by far. they park a dumpster next to the order menu so you can smell garbage while you order your gross freshley soggy biohardazous freshly made by unwashed hands food .I strongly urge another health inspector to verify my findings and discust. the hot sauce tastes like watered down bloody urine. the food has no taste, but ifyour lucky you might be blessed with a fly in your food. this place needs to be shut down then burned down for the good of the community and the atmosphere. more

Awesome inexpensive Mexican food! 11/1/2006

Beto's has really good food and the best spicy carrots in town, as the last guy said. Worth going for those alone. Also plentiful vegetarian options. Bean & cheese, and veggie (off menu but good) burritos are killer, and the two cheese enchilada plate is great for two meals or those really, really hungry days. Pros: Always get your order right, cheap yummy food, the spicy carrots Cons: Meh, nothing comes to mind. more

My Mexican 1/26/2004

During a routine lunch break some coworkers and myself decided to go to Betos. We were disapointed in the parking but our disapointments went away with the price vs. food relationship. You get a feeling of really mexican taste without the over done traditional American infulenced mexican restaurant. PS> The spicy carrots are the best in the city. Pros: Spicy Carrotts, Great value Cons: Not very clean, Bad Parking, Average Service more

Yummy! 6/14/2003

Their food was so good, I was also pleasantly suprised when I cut into my shredded beef burrito, and found tomatoes, onions, and green bell pepper slices. And the portions were HUGE! I didn't like their cheese enchilada's too much, though. I highly reccomend this place! Pros: Inexpensive, Huge portions Cons: A very difficult exit, Long line at driveup more

Muy Bueno!!!! 11/22/2002

This is a favorite of our family, whether it's 6:00 p.m. for the super nachos with carne asada or 3:00 a.m. for their breakfast burritos. There isn't anything on the menu that isn't good. Pros: affordable, always open, good variety more

yum! 10/25/2002

not much else to say...the great food speaks for itself more

Always room 7/9/2002

I have tried every item on the menu, except the cabesa, (must be a personal issue-my friends love it) and it is so hard to choose my favorite! I love the fact that there is no skimping on anything. The chicken tacos are on my top 5 BETOS CHOICES. My 10 & 12 year old boys like them too. They also like the HUGE bean & cheese burritos beter than T.BELL,(yuck) and our favorite Sunday morning treats is when Dad brings us a breakfast burrito. We love them anytime! Oh yeah, the #7 is tops! Pros: Affordable, Nice Employees, OK with kids Cons: Entrance/Exit tight more

Tasty Mexican! 6/26/2002

This place is SOOO good. $3 for a HUGE flavorful chicken burrito....it was so cheap. The tortilla's are really good. Be careful though...their burritos are fairly large. I could probably have shared one with someone. You get a lot of tasty food for very little money. Stop by and enjoy this place. For about the same price as a trip to Taco Bell you can get REAL Mexican food. Pros: Inexpensive, Large Portions more

YUMM!!!! 6/6/2002

Good food, lots of it, low prices. Definitely worth eating. YUMMMMMMM!!!!!! And usually open 24 hours, even better. Pros: Low prices, Good food, great hours more
