The price was right and breakfast at the restaurant next door was good. The desk chair was broken and would almost send you falling backwards when you sat down. The entertainment center had a broken door which was hanging by the bottom hinge only. Not knowing this, I opened the door and hand my arm jerked as the door fell. The bottom of the bathroom vanity was missing and the grout in the tub needed replaced. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk persons were helpful with directions but when we mentioned the problems with the room we got a blank stare and a "I'll report it". Speaking with other guests at the motel we were told other rooms had similar issues. more

It was a very good experience. The connection to the restaurant made it so convenient. I did not have to drive my car anywhere. The hotel was good at making sure I knew that breakfast was available and provided me tickets during my stay. great stay more

the hotel was really good, the staff was excellent. Excellent service and the front desk was really nice, very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was also very helpful during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. more

Outstanding 1/18/2011

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The shuttle picked me up at the airport promptly in the late evening. The front desk clerk had a message from a neighbor. Everything that I look for in travel cleanliness and courtesy was outstanding. more

Satisfied with our stay 11/4/2010

This was the first time I was visiting St Louis, and I found the Quality Inn Airport as one of the best price hotel in St Louis. Though I did not expect much from the hotel, i was pleasantly surprised by the hotel services. Nothing was too fancy, but they maintain cleanliness and provide many good amenities like other five star hotels do. With our stay at Quality Inn Airport of St Louis, we were very close to Gateway Arch, Museum of Westward Expansion, St Louis Zoo, Edwards Jones Dome at America Center, and other attractions. Staff was helpful. I liked the clean rooms, beds were clean and plush. I will stay here again. more
