Puri, Veena, Md - Puri Pediatric Medical Group

we have 3 kids and moved to fremont from chicago. we called many ped offices including puri peds from chicago, found them to be very accomadative to our needs. we had a chance to talk to Dr. Veena Puri on the phone since she answered the phone herself. Once we visited her at the office, we were very impressed with the quality of care and her caringness along with the staff who were very friendly and caring. we have visited their office a few times for H1N1 shots and regular check up and once an emergency at 4.30 pm. they took us in right away. we have had a wonderful experience. We certainly feel it is a great pediatric office and trust everyone in the office and look forward to them taking care of our children and our new bay arriving in april 2010.Happy Parents more

Puri Pediatric was an HORRIBLE experience. The waiting period was between 45-60 mins with an appointment. The staff members were unprofessional and inconsiderate. It is a shame that both Dr. Veena and Hari Puri have failed to see their appointments on time. Shouldn't Puri Pediatric have to pay a fine/penalty to the folks waiting in the lobby for 45-60mins and then again wait 15-30mins in the exam room with their child? I would not recommend this place to anyone. ABSOLUTELY NOT! more

Good: they are worth travelling from tracy to fremont by baba k. 5 Puri Pediatric Medical Group i have 4 children and moved to tracy now, i have been going to puri pediatrics for over years. since i lives in fremont. i had my boy in tracy went to a pediatrican only once herewas not happy at all. i went back to dr puri in fremont, each time i go there i feel so good , my wife is happy and i am and my children are happy, my children get such good care, the doctors are staff are so caring, they give the times. Improvements: open a office in tracy, livermore. Other: we wish we had a doctor like that in tracy. more

Dr. Veena is great, as is Dr. Cerruti. They have so much experience combined- I trust them with my kids. I've seen so much improvements in this clinic over the years: the front staff is attentive, the website is helpful and the wait time is minimal. I'm happy here. more

i love going to puri pediatrics, w are always made so welcome but their wonderful staff, it is so easy to get same day appointments. all the doctors are very experienced and caring and listen very carefully and answer all your questions very professionally and with alot of ease. i especially love Dr. Veena Puri.she is so good with breast feeding and allergies and skin problems.the staff call in your prescriptions to the pharmacy , and call us back with all lab tests even if they are normal, we love that more

Puri Pediatric front office staff is really pathetic. They gave me a tough time in scheduling an appointment. Beside that they were absolutely rude. I never had trouble with front office staff of any of the doctors I ever visited. But all the trouble came in when I called up Puri Pediatric's Office. Though Dr Puri turned out to be nice but she should keep a check on her staff and ask them to be courteous and polite with patients. Hope they learn to behave properly. more

I recommend these Hari puri to be a pedatric doctor for the kids. He is very understanding and patient listening to the problems. And sometimes goes out of the way to help out the patients. He is also on the board member of washington hospital I personally was very satisfied as parents of my 2 kids more
