I have been a chef for over 20 years , I love their burgers , they make them right in front of you no surprises. Also they will make it just the way you want it, and make sure you got what you asked for!!! This place is a corner bar and makes food better than most places in West Allis and Milwaukee in General. I went to Phylo's for the first time on Friday. My future brother in law was celebrating his 30th birthday, and I came out to Milwaukee to enjoy the festivities.\r \r He had been telling me for awhile now about how good the burgers were there. After a 2 hour drive I was ready to try one out for myself. I was glad that I did. This burger was cooked right in front of me, and was absolutely the best cheeseburger that I've ever had. My buddy that came up with me couldn't get enough of the fries, which I thought were very good, but I almost didn't have enough room after eating the awesome burger, with the bun toasted to perfection.\r \r If you want a great burger and are in the Milwaukee area, I highly recommend it. Much better than many burgers that I've tried in Milwaukee from the best of list. Try it, you will like it!!!! Pros: Great food, great drink prices. Cons: No complaints at all!
