been going here for years, have tried many things on their menu. I recomend B14 (spell Veitnamese?) which contains rice noodles, pork many fresh veggies. It's a chinese/american dish, seseame chicken is not the typical deep-fried stuff, best i've had anywhere, spring rolls are very fresh, the vietnamese coffee is a sweet, creamy concoction with a strong french-press type brew. Ambience: something to desire, but with the majority of the cliental being Vietnamese says something about the authenticity of the food. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. when we inquired about some traditional Vietnamese dolls on display the owner said that they weren't for sale but was traveling to Vietenam that month, She picked up 4 different ones representing the Vietnamese culture and gave them to my younger sister free, this was our 2nd time at Phans, I was amazed and grateful for their hospitality
Pros: Price, Food Authenticy, Staff
Cons: Location, Ambience
