Always have a good experience there. Staff is helpful and friendly. Not relevant, but the one blond girl who works the register makes me melt whenever she looks at me. more

Bad: I wish pet stores and CUSTOMERS would give homes to all the adoptable pets out there !!. Other: I JUST READ REVIEW BY ANNA E ABOUT PET POURRI IN EVERETT BEING A PUPPY MILL SUPPORTER and the puppy she paid $800 for & had troubles with. I have purchased cat food from pet pourri for several years. I am in the store a couple times a week. The animals are ALWAYS playing, birds chirping. This is a VERY GOOD pet store! I would wish that NO pet store sold pets because of the puppy mills, etc. ANNA ... YOU KNEW ABOUT PUPPY MILLS. WHY WOULD YOU BUY A PUPPY AT A PET STORE AND TAKE A CHANCE ON ILLNESS, ETC??. more

The other reviews are correct. I gave my sister-in-law (who is a vet) the information about the puppies at this place and where they come from. She said both locations the dogs come from are known puppy mills. She told me never to get a dog there. more

This store sells dogs they got from a puppy mill , I bought a golden retriever there several years back , wouldn't even consider buying from a pet store but this dog had been there for so many mos. When they first came in there were 4 , I was told 2 were from a liter and the other 2 from seperate liter.I used to shop there for cat supplies and I was drawn to the puppy that was left behind months after the 3 others were adopted. He just kept growing and was in a glass enclosure having a hard time moving around freely. Goldens are my favorite of the breed,went home talked to my husband decided to buy the dog,the owner of the store had the dog priced at 700.00 I could buy 2 or 3 pups for that price but I wanted this lil fella,we offered 500.00 the owner refused so my husband & I threatened to stand outside letting everyone know how long this dog had been caged in this store,she settled on the 500.00. Naturally being full breed golden he came with papers,we researched and sure enough of puppy was from a puppy mill in Nebraska :( more

I was told they use a "puppy broker" in nebraska. Then I called to ask what broker so I could do some research and make an educated decision on weather to purchase. I was put on hold multiple times, for ten plus minutes. These dogs are from puppy mills, purchased by dirty puppy brokers. I will never return to this store!! EVER more

Why would you buy a dog from a puppymill?? That is were these puppies come from! They can legally say they did not buy them from a puppymill because they use a middle-man (a broker) who buys them and then sells them to the store so it "looks" better. Do not buy them, it just makes a place for more to be bred. Look at these pups and think about their parents who they left too young who are sitting back at this facility in a a cage being used only as breeding machines!!!!! www.thewrongpuppy.org more

This is a fun pet store. My kids like to come here for entertainment! They always have a good variety of puppies, kittens, bunnies and birds - but the kids' favorite area is the enormous fish area. They have EVERYTHING here from your run of the mill gold fish to the most exotic salt water fish, and they have a couple of beautiful display tanks. Good selection of salt water fish here. They also have lots of "pet themed" knick knacks - not really my thing, but if you're looking for a Poodle on a mug, this is the place to get it. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. more

easy to get to, off of evergreen way near the fred meyer. staff was friendly and actually knew something unlike staff at the big chains. picked up some cat supplies, prices were same as any pet supply chain, but go here if you want some service. more
