but I've never heard of grenadine hollandaise sauce before, and for a Good Reason--it's horrible. And it was no sauce, it was more like a gelatinous pink foam underneath that cracker-dry halibut that was served instead of the advertized salmon. They were out of the pink fish (that I'm sure was meant to go so beautifully with that pink foam) even though it was my waitress who recommeded it to me when she returned to inform they were out of my first choice of entree. To the credit of the restaurant, my bill was credited for the returned entree, but I'm still amazed by the ignorance of the waitress and the sweet pink foaminess of my ""hollandaise.""
